中西医结合治疗35例复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院近年来收治的35例复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床资料。将35例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组19例,对照组16例,2组均采用西医治疗,治疗组配合中医治疗。结果中西医组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,2组均未见明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗能明显提高患者治疗效果,经济实惠,且副作用少,值得临床运用推广。

Objective To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture of the clinical efficacy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 35 admitted to our hospital in recent years,cases of complex tibial plateau fractures clinical data.The 35 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 19 cases, 16 cases in control group, two groups were treated with Western medicine,the treatment group treated with traditional Chinese medicineoResults The total effective WM group was significantly higher,two groups were no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve patient outcomes, economic benefits,and side effects are less worthy of cIinieal application of the promotion.
