摘要
目的探讨吻合器在门奇静脉断流术中的应用效果。方法采用脾切除+贲门周围血管离断术+食管吻合器一次性离断吻合术。结果4例愈合良好,有效地控制了腹水,改善了肝功,防止了食道和胃底静脉再次曲张、出血。结论该手术方式断流彻底,远近期效果好,适宜在基层医院推广运用。
Objective Explore the stapler door azygos devascularization in the application results.Methods Cardia with splenectomy peripheral vascular surgery of esophageal stapled off from the one--time breaking away from the anastomosis. Results 4 cases healed well and effectively controlled the ascites, improved liver function, prevented the re-esophageal and gastric varicose veins, bleeding. Conclusion The surgical drying thoroughly, Far-term effect is good, Technical difficulty is not too high, easy to promote the use in clinical practice.
