未破裂异位妊娠保守治疗56例临床分析

目的探讨异位妊娠中西医结合保守治疗的疗效。方法将2005年1月至2009年1月于铁西中西医结合医院就诊的符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠患者56例,采用甲氨喋呤联合中药治疗。结果56例中成功41例,占73.2%,15例失败改手术治疗,占26.8%。结论异位妊娠采用中西医结合治疗能保守杀胚,促进包块吸收,保留生育功能,开辟了非手术治疗途径。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the combination of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in treating ectopic regnancy.Methods The 56 patients of ectopic pregnancy who accord with conditions of the conservative treatment are treated with the combination of methotrexate and traditional Chinese drug.Results Of 56 patients,41cases are successful（73.2%）.Conclution The combination of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in treating ectopic pregnancy could kill embryo conservatively, make the absorption of the mess fast,retain the function of fertility and is worth providing widely.
