摘要
通过米糠膨化浸出制油中间试验，建立了３０ｔ／ｄ米糠膨化浸出制油生产线；稳定了米糠贮存性，提高了米糠制油的得率；毛油出油率平均为１７５％，出油效率为９５％～９７％，出粕率为８５％～８７％，溶剂损耗平均为４５ｋｇ／ｔ。
A 30t/d rice bran extrusion and oil extraction line were set up after pilot test.The storage ability of rice bran was improved and the oil yield was raised.The average yield of crude oil was 17.5%, the oil recovery efficiency was 95%-97%,the meal output rate was 85%-87%,the average solvent loss was 4.5 kilograms pre ton feed stock,and the oil remains in meal was 1.3% on an average.The production capacity reached 32t/d approximately.
