高龄骨科手术患者保温护理疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察在高龄骨科手术中实施保温护理的临床效果,探讨预防术中低温的保温护理方法。方法:将60例高龄骨科手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用一系列保温护理措施。观察两组患者手术过程中的体温变化及寒战发生情况。结果:与入室时基础值相比,对照组在麻醉后30min、手术开始后60min及术毕各时间点体温均显著下降(P<0.05),而观察组在各时间点体温值均无显著差别;术中、术毕寒战、躁动发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通过在高龄骨科手术患者中采取有效的保温措施,保持了术中体温的恒定、减少了寒战的发生、提高了疗效。 Objective:Research on the elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery care and the implementation of the clinical effects of thermal insulation to explore the low-temperature thermal insulation to prevent intraoperative nursing method.Methods:60 cases of elderly orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases in the control group carried out according to routine care, the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care with a series of thermal insulation measures. Surgical procedures were observed in patients with body temperature changes and chills happened.Results:Compared with burglary base value when compared to the control group after anesthesia 30 min, surgery, and 60 min after the start of surgery completed at different time points were significantly decreased body temperature(P〈0.05), while the observation group at all time points body temperature values are There was no significant difference; surgery, intraoperative completion of chills, agitation rate was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion :The elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, through the adoption of effective insulation measures can maintain a constant body temperature of surgery to reduce the incidence of chills.
