摘要
采用超滤膜法成功地从茶叶浸出液中提取了高纯度茶多酚。
In this paper,the ultrafiltration is used to extract the tea polyphenols from tealeaves and the results are satisfactory.The operational conditions are correspondingly studied and the optimal conditions are obtained.
