改良切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折

摘要 目的探讨改良腘横纹下方稍偏内切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折。方法对应用改良切口27例后交叉韧带胫骨撕脱骨折行显露、复位以及固定进行回顾性分析。结果应用改良切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,切口小,解剖层次清晰,并发症少,安全实用。结论应用改良入路显露,可以很好的治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,创伤小,手术操作简单,时间短,疗效确切。
