保温措施对剖宫产患者术中体温的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察综合体温管理措施对剖宫产患者围手术期体温变化的影响。方法将80例剖宫产患者随机分为保温组和对照组各40例。保温组用温热纱布擦拭止血并覆盖子宫,温热盐水冲洗腹腔、宫腔,加温输注液体;对照组采用常规术中护理,手术中持续监测病人的直肠温度变化,记录患者入室时、切皮时、术中、术毕体温。结果保温组患者肛温在切皮时及其后各时间点与入室时相比,差异不明显(P>0.05)。而对照组患者的肛温术中和术后逐渐下降,与入室时相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间比较显示:入室及切皮时2组间肛温无差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,保温组术中及术毕肛温较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术中,综合保温措施可有效地维持患者的体温恒定,预防术中低温的发生。 Objective To study the effect on body temperature changing for patients with C--section Pert-operation. Methods 80patients were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=20).The warming keeping measures were performed on the experimental group,while the regular nursing cares were performed on the control group.The rectal temperature of patient was recorded after entering the operating room, incision,during operation and after operation. Results There was no significant difference in rectal temperature in experimental group(P〉0.05).But there was significant difference in control group(P〉0.05),the rectal temperature declined gradually after incision. There was no significant difference among two groups at the time of entering room and incision(P〉0.05).The rectal temperature was significant lower in control group than that of experimental group during operation and after operation(P〉0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive warming keep measures can effectively keep body temperature for patients with colon carcinoma radical operation,and prevent hyp0thermia during operation.
