花红片治疗急性盆腔炎60例临床观察

目的探讨花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的疗效。方法60例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予抗生素,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予花红片治疗,观察2组的疗效。结果患者宫颈分泌物细菌培养以需氧菌最多,血抗体检测以沙眼衣原体最多。治疗组总有效率(96.7%)高于对照组(83.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生率较低。结论花红片治疗急性盆腔炎临床疗效较好,且副反应较轻微。

Objective To explore the bonus efficacy in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,n=30 patients in control group was given antibiotic treatment group in the control group given a bonus film on the basis of treatment efficacy were observed.Results The patients with aerobic bacterial culture of cervical secretions and most blood antibody test for Chlamydia trachomatis up.The total effective treatment group（96.7%）than control group（83.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Treatment group,a lower incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion The bonus tablets better clinical efficacy in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,and minor side effects.
