帕罗西汀联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of Paroxetine Combined with Domperidone on Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察帕罗西汀联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将94例功能性消化不良患者随机分为联合治疗组48例和对照组46例。对照组单纯应用多潘立酮治疗,联合治疗组为帕罗西汀和多潘立酮联合治疗。治疗后观察症状改善情况,统计疗效变化。结果与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,联合组治疗后上腹部不适及胃部烧灼感、餐后饱胀感、嗳气、反酸和胸骨后疼痛感等症状有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。联合治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率65.2%,2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of paroxetine combined with domperidone on functional dyspepsia in the elderly.Methods 94 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into combined therapy group(48 cases) and control group(46 cases).Control group was only given domperidone therapy,and combined therapy group was given paroxetine and domperidone therapy.Results The therapy can improve the symptoms,such as upper abdominal discomfort and burning sensation stomach,a sense of postprandial fullness,belching,acid and substernal pain,in patients(P<0.05).The total effective rate in combined therapy group was 83.3%,and that in control group was 65.2%.There was significant difference in the rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of paroxetine combined with domperidone has a good effect treatment on on functional dyspepsia.
