炼油厂酸性水汽提装置存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Solutions of Sour Water Stripping Unit in Refinery

目前炼油厂酸性水汽提装置存在着诸如汽提净化水中氨含量过高、侧线抽出富氨气中硫化氢含量过高、汽提塔处理能力达不到设计负荷等问题。通过分析，提出了相应的改进对策，如加碱汽提、流程优化等。

Now, there exist some problems in sour water stripping unit in refineries, such as higher concentration of ammonia in treated water, higher sulfide hydrogen concentration in ammonia rich vapor sidedraw as well as lower treating capacity and so on. By analyzing in this paper, we present some approaches to resolve the problems mentioned above, for example, adding alkali, process optimization, and so on.
