摘要
针对建设项目环境设施竣工验收的监测工作存在的问题，提出了有关验收监测的内涵、边界、前提、标准、实施方案的设计和报告编写以及资格等问题，并对非污染生态影响建设项目的验收监测提出意见。
For the inspection monitoring of environmental installation for construction projects, the paper dedicated to the discussion on the definition,premise,standard,scheme design,report compilation and qualification of monitoring. Some points on ecological construction project of non-pollution was also put forward.
