目的近年来,医疗纠纷日益增多,严重干扰了医院的正常运行,影响了医生的诊疗。方法本文从国家的法律法规、医护人员的诊疗方面分析了医疗纠纷的产生原因。结果有针对性的提出了防范医疗纠纷产生的措施,尽量减少医疗纠纷对社会、医患双方产生的不良影响。结论只有有效地防范了医疗纠纷,才能从根本上消除医疗纠纷造成的不良影响。
