经皮微创锁定钢板内固定技术治疗胫骨远端骨折

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创钢板内固定(MIPPO)治疗胫骨干远端骨折的临床效果。方法应用间接复位技术,通过建立骨折两端皮下隧道,采用经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨干远端骨折,闭合性骨折36例;开放性骨折12例。对其临床疗效进行分析。结果随访48例,平均随访10个月,所有病例伤口一期愈合。骨折无延迟愈合,无畸形愈合,平均临床愈合时间16周。采用Johner-Wruhs[1]评分标准,优32例,良16例。结论MIPPO技术是治疗胫骨干远端骨折的理想方法之一,可保护皮肤软组织,减少骨折端血供的破坏,促进骨折的愈合,减少并发症。 Objective To explore using techniques of minimally invasive locking compression plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) for the treatment of distal tibial fracture. Methods 48 cases of type distal tibial fractures were treated by indirect reduction and MIPPO with LCP plating through the tunnel inside tibia.Results 48 cases were followed up for 10 months on average.The average time of clinical healing was 16 weeks. There were no delayed unions,infection or plate breakage.According to Johner-Wruhs Score standard,32 cases got excellent results and 16 got good.Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.
