经皮膀胱微穿刺造瘘气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石(附22例报告)

Percutaneous Puncture of Bladder Fistula Micro-pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Bladder Stones (Report of 22 Cases)

目的探讨经皮膀胱微穿刺造瘘输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术在膀胱结石中应用。方法对22例膀胱结石患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾总结。结果经皮胱微穿刺造瘘输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术在治疗膀胱结石中成功率达到95.45%。结论经皮膀胱穿刺造瘘气压弹道碎石是治疗经尿道气压弹道碎石入路有困难的膀胱结石一种安全、高效、简便、并发症少的方法。值得推荐。

Objective To ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy of bladder through the skin micro--puncture method of treatment of fistula in the role of bladder stones. Methods Reviewed and summarized 22 cases of bladder stones in patients with clinical treatment. Results Percutaneous bladder puncture ureteroscopy micro--pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of bladder stones has 95.45% success rate.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder stones with pneumatic lithotripsy difficult to recommend a safe, efficient, simple and fewer complications of treatment, percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy of bladder fistula.
