妊娠足月剖宫产仰卧位综合征56例临床分析

目的通过观察分析产科仰卧位低血压综合征发病特点及原因,提高对仰卧位低血压综合征的诊治及预防。方法56例妊娠足月剖宫产仰卧位低血压综合征的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果56例采取改变体位,SHS的症状随即减轻或消失,4例剖宫产的新生儿娩出后有不同程度的窒息,经抢救康复,1例术中发现有胎盘早期剥离。结论仰卧位低血压综合征多发生在妊娠晚期,尤其剖宫产手术麻醉后,处理依其发生时段不同而异,体位改变很重要。

Objective To observe and analyze the incidence of obstetric characteristics of supine hypotension syndrome and causes to raise awareness of diagnosis and treatment of supine hypotension syndrome and prevention. Methods 56 cases of full-term pregnancy, cesarean section supine hypotension syndrome clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 56 cases taken to change the position, SHS symptoms immediately to reduce or disappear, four cases of neonatal parturition after cesarean section varying degrees of asphyxia, after rescue rehabilitation,and 1 patients were found to have placental abruption.Conclusion Supine hypotension syndrome mostly occurs in late pregnancy,especially cesarean section anesthesia, the processing time varies according to their place, position change is very important to deal with timely access to reduce the adverse maternal and child
