摘要
对环境保护基础设施内涵和外延及功能作了阐述。环境保护基础设施建设是我国环境保护工作的新发展和新开拓，是城市现代化和可持续发展的需要，可成为经济发展新的增长点。
The conception of environmental infrastructure was discussed. It put forward that to strengthen environmental infrastructure was the development for Chinese environmental protection, was the need of urban modernalization and sustainable development, and could become the new developing area of economy.
