基于GIS的降水预警平台的设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of Precipitation Warning Platform Based on GIS

文章对基于GIS的降水预警平台的建设进行了探讨。在需求分析的基础上,确定了降水预警平台所需数据和所要实现的功能,进而对降水预警平台建设的总体方案进行了设计,提出了该平台建设的三层体系结构和平台的应用模型及其调用关系,并对平台开发的技术路线进行了分析。最后,在VB.NET编程环境下,基于ArcEngine构建了降水预警平台,完成了GIS基本功能、色块图绘制、降水预警等功能,为用户提供了一个直观形象的降水预警平台,便于结合服务进行各种气象分析和预警。

The construction of precipitation warning platform based on GIS has been discussed on this paper. Based on the demand analysis the data needed for the precipitation warning platform, and the functions to be achieved have been determined. Thereby the overall program for the platform has been designed. Three-tier architecture and the application model and the called relationship have been proposed, as well as the technical line for the platform has been analyzed. Finally, in VB.NET programming environment, the precipitation warning platform has been constructed based on ArcEngine. It completed the basic GIS functions, color mapping, the precipitation warning functions. A visual precipitation warning platform is provided to users. It facilitates various meteorological analysis and warning combined with meteorological services.
