电针对人体体表微循环血流灌注量及红外辐射轨迹影响的比较观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察常态下督脉循行线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量及其在针刺过程中的变化,探讨针刺对人体体表循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)的影响。方法观察25名健康成年志愿者,针刺督脉的大椎、命门穴,用三通道激光多谱勒血流仪和红外热像仪进行记录。结果①常态下沿督脉线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量均较其两侧旁开非经对照点高(P<0.01);②电针后督脉线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量较电针前增高,但尚未达到显著性差异(P>0.05);③针刺使部分受试者体表循经红外辐射轨迹变得更加连续和规整。结论督脉循行线下深部组织中的微循环血流灌注量较其两侧非经对照部位高,电针有使沿经组织的微循环血流灌注量进一步增高的趋势,提示循经红外辐射轨迹与人体的机能调控有密切的关系。 Objective To observe the microcirculation blood perfusion volume (MBPV) in the deep tissues along Governor Vessel (GV) and its changes during acupuncture, and explore the influence of electroacupuncture on infrared radiant track (IRT) along meridian courses over human body surface. Methods 25 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study. After acupuncture at Dazhui (GV14) and Mingmen (GV4), the IRT along meridian courses over human body surface was measured with infrared thermal imager, and MBPV in the deep tissues along GV was detected by using a laser doppler flowmetry. Results The MBPV in the deeper tissues along GV was significantly higher than that of its bilateral corresponding control points (P〈0.01). Comparing with the reading before acupuncture, the MBPV went up during acupuncture, but the change was not significantly. Acupuncture induced IRT along meridian courses over the human body surface in a part of subjects to be more continuous and regular. Conclusion The MBPV in the deeper tissues along GV is higher than that of its bilateral corresponding control points. Electroacupuncture induces the MBPV to be further increased. It is suggested that infrared radiant track along meridian courses is closely contributed to functional regulation of the human body.
