芦荟多糖对脑缺血大鼠Caspase-3蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨芦荟多糖对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用机制。方法采用线栓法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉(MCAO),制备局灶性脑缺血模型,观察芦荟多糖对MCAO模型大鼠脑缺血后神经功能缺损导致的行为变化,用免疫组化法检测大脑皮质细胞凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3的表达。结果芦荟多糖能抑制MCAO模型大鼠大脑皮质Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结论芦荟多糖对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有保护作用,其机理与其影响、抑制Caspase-3的表达有关。 Objective To study the neuroprotective effect of Aloe Polysaccharide against focal cerebral ischemia in rats and explore its mechanism. Methods Cerebral ischemia model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established in rats by using suture method, the effect of Aloe Polysaccharide on behavioral changes with neurologic impairment after cerebral ischemia was observed and the expression of Caspase-3 was detected with immunohistochemical method. Results Aloe Polysaccharide could inhibit the expression of Caspase-3. Conclusion Aloe Polysaechafide has protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia rats, and the mechanism is possibly related to its inhibitory effect on expression of Caspase-3.
