摘要
研究了黑白显像管玻壳生产中产生的含铅粉尘的水溶性、酸溶性、浸出毒性和铅的存在形态。提出了用盐酸循环浸铅,冷析PbCl2的提铅方法。考察了浸取剂及浓度、浸取温度、浸取时间对铅浸出率的影响。为充分利用铅资源及实现铅尘无害化提供了依据。
The forms of the lead in lead dust from the production of black and white kinescope glass shell and its water soluble and acid soluble extraction toxicity are studied. It is put forward that the lead is first leached out from lead dust by circulating extraction with hydrochloric acid and then separated out from leaching liquor by cooling in form of PbCl 2. The effects of the extractant and its concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time on lead extraction rate are examined. The process provides a basis for utilization of lead resource and realizing unharmful treatment of lead wastes.
