摘要 确定了用新型复合浸取剂从废催化剂中回收钼的最佳工艺条件:废催化剂颗粒度100目、焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间1h、复合浸取剂中助浸剂质量分数5%、浸取固液质量比13、浸取温度60℃、浸取时间6h。在该条件下,钼的浸取率达到92.7%~95.5%。 A new process using a compound extractant for recovering molybdenum from spent ca talysts has been studied. Under the following optimum operation conditions: 100 meshes of spent catalyst granularity, 750℃ of roasting temperature, 1h of roasting time, 5% of mass fraction of the aids in the compound extractant, 1∶3 of solid/liquid by mass, 60℃ of extraction temperature and 6h of extraction time, the extraction rate of molybdenum can reach 92.7%~95.5%.
