本文较全面深刻地论述了２１世纪人口与资源环境可持续发展中，人类生存与发展面临着严峻的挑战。为国际社会及全人类重新审视发展的历程，提出严峻的课题。
The article discussed deeply the severe challenge of human existence and development on the sustainable development of the population and resources in 21 st century .It put forward the major issues for the international society and the whole-human to rescan their process of development.
