摘要
目的:建立川射干总黄酮中树脂残留物的测定方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,对川射干总黄酮树脂残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯六种有机残留进行测定。结果:6种树脂残留物被完全分离,其峰面积与浓度在所考察浓度范围内有很好的线性关系(正己烷R=0.99993、苯R=0.99998、甲苯R=0.99993、二甲苯R=0.99992、苯乙烯R=0.99996、二乙烯苯R=0.99992),精密度的RSD均小于5%,平均回收率97.78%~103.85%。结论:本实验建立的色谱方法准确、灵敏,适用于川射干总黄酮中树脂残留物的测定。
Objectives: To establish a method for determination of the residuum from resin in ChuanSheGan total flavone. Methods : Using headspace GC to determine six residual solvents Hexane, Benzene, Toluere, Xylene , Styrene, Divlybenzne from resin in ChuanSheGan total flavone. Results: Six residua from resin were completely separated. There was a good linearity relationship between their peak area and concentration (R= 0. 99992 - 0. 99998 ) in the observed concentration range, The RSD of precision is less than 5% and the average recovery rate is in the range of 97.78% - 103. 85%. Conclusions: The method is accurate, sensitive and it can be used for quantitative control of the residuum from resin in ChuanSheGan total flavone.
