农村工业对农业发展的环境影响及对策探讨

Environmental Impact of Rural Industry on Agricultural Development and Its Countermeasure

以较为翔实的资料、分析了农村工业发展造成农业环境污染的诸多因素,其主要有:1)相对落后的经济基础决定了农村工业以增收为目标的低层次发展;2)在低目标追求下的农村工业粗放经营方式;3)农业的特点及目前农业经营的目标、模式不尽合理等。该文最后提出了从多目标多层次着手缓解环境矛盾的宏观对策措施。

Taking detailed and accurate data to analyze the causes of serious pollution in agricultural environment due to rural industrial development, such as: (1) the fundamental cause is the low standard development of rural industry just for gaining, which founded on the poorer country economy; (2) under low standard pursuit of rural industry, the business are roughly run and (3) the model of agricultural character and agricultural business target are irrational etc., and then put forward the macroscopic countermeasure, based on multi-target and multi-layer to mitigate the environmental contradiction.
