摘要
采用仿真和实验相结合的方式,首先利用动力显示有限元分析软件建立了自由锻造圆饼过程的模型,仿真出锻造过程中的变形和应力分布情况,得到锻造铝合金内部残余应力的分布及变化规律,再利用切除法对选自锻饼不同部位的LD10锻造铝合金进行了残余应力测量。比较了LD10内部残余应力的分布特点,并从金属屈服和塑性流动的角度出发对这种残余应力的构成进行了分析。结果表明:LD10铝合金的残余应力分布特点随选料位置不同而有较大不同,在锻饼心部选取的试件表层受残余拉应力,心部受残余压应力,在锻饼边缘选取的试件表层受残余压应力,心部受残余拉应力。
The simulation method was firstly used to establish the finite model of free forging process,in which the deformation and the distribution of residual stress were obtained.The cutting method was then used to measure the residual stress distribution in LD10 aluminum Alloy to verifiy the accuracy of the simulation.The characteristic of the residual stress distribution was compared with each other.Based on the theory of plastic deformation and material flow,the constitution of residual stress was analyzed.And the results were listed as follows:the distribution of residual stress in LD10 aluminum alloy changed with the location of the specimen on the original forging blank.Tensile stress was presented on surface and compressive stress in the center when the specimen was chosen from the center of the forging blank.And when the specimen was chosen from the edge,compressive was presented on surface and tensile in the center.
