摘要 三河电厂两台锅炉改烧神华煤后出现一系列问题:主汽温度低、再热器超温、排烟温度高等。通过试验研究和计算分析,找出这些问题根本原因是过热器受热面不足。据此进行了锅炉受热面增加及AA燃烧器改为水平摆动式的改造,所有问题都得到了解决。 After two boilers of Sanhe Power Plant changed to bum Shenhua coal, a serial of problems appears. The temperature of the main steam is lower, the deviation of the reheat steam temperature is larger and the temperature of the flue gas is higher and so on. Through tests and calculactions, it was found that the insufficiency of heat-exchange-area (HXA) of superheater is the root cause of all these problems. Remedial measures of adding HXA and changing AA burner to horizontally tilting burner were made, all of these problems were solved.
