Analysis on Control Key Points of the Wet-dry State Transfer of 600MW Supercritical Once-through Boiler

干、湿态转换是超临界直流锅炉的关键控制点之一,应平稳、顺畅度过,但操作中稍有不慎易造成超温或过热器进水等事故。结合彬长电厂600 MW超临界直流锅炉干、湿态转换的实际操作经验,分析其中发生的问题;提出转换过程的控制要点和注意事项。

Wet-dry state transfer is one of the key control-points of supercritical once-through boiler. It needs to transfer smoothly and fluently, any careless in operation may lead to overheat or water inflow accident of superheater. Combining the practical operating experience of 600MW supercritical once-through boiler wet-dry state transfer of Tang Bin-Chang Power Plant, the problems happened in the process are analyzed, the key control-points and attentions in the whole transfer process are presented as well.
