摘要 根据国家节能减排工作方案的要求和火力发电厂的特点,针对电厂传统的单级小指标考核系统的不足,提出了节能减排综合指标考核和实时运行指标考核的两级考核机制,设计开发了基于DCS的火电厂节能减排绩效考核系统。系统的开发和实施,将有助于完善现有的指标考核体系,有效地挖掘电力企业的内部潜力,实现电厂的节能减排。 In accordance with requirements of national program energy-saving emission reduction and the characteristics of thermal power plants, as well as in view of the inadequacy of traditional single-indicator evaluation system of power plants, the energy-saving emission reduction integrated and real-time operation guided two-tier indicator assessment concept is put forward on the basis of which designed and developed DCS-based energy-saving emission reduction and performance appraisal system for thermal power plants. The development and implementation of the new system will help to improve the existing evaluation system and explore the potential of electric power enterprises effectively, then to achieve the final target of energy-saving power plant emission reduction.
