摘要 对超长焦距复消色光学系统的光学设计过程进行了详尽的介绍,应用ZEMAX软件进行了光学设计仿真与分析,讨论了由超长焦距带来的复消色难题,分析了几种校正二级光谱方法的优缺点,分别采用特殊玻璃(TF3)与普通光学玻璃进行了设计,针对使用特殊玻璃所引起的环境友好与工艺性问题进行了探讨,通过玻璃特性对比得到了使用常规玻璃替换特种玻璃的结果.使用特殊玻璃的设计结果表明:系统的最大轴向色差不超过0.02mm,在使用的全波段内得到了复消色结果,并且主光线与能量中心的偏差控制在了1um内,其他像差也均达到或超过了设计指标. The design process of long focal length multiple achromatic optical system is introduced in detail. The designed result is simulated in ZEMAX software. It is a key problem in super long focal length optical system design that the multiple achromatic problem increased correspondingly. Several methods for correcting secondary spectrum are analyzed, special glass and general glass are separately used in the design process. And the environment-friendly and manufacturability problem induced by using special glass are discussed. We got the design result of using general glass instead of special glass for glass features. The max secondary spectrum is less than 0. 02 mm, multiple achromatic result was obtained in full wave band and the deviation of main ray and energy center are controlled in 1 um. The result of this design is well enough to meet the need of the whole system.
