我国高职教育经过多年的发展,已基本形成一支能适应高等职业教育发展的教师队伍。但从目前我国高等职业教育院校教师队伍的现状看,还存在一些有待解决的问题。根据高等职业教育的特点,建立合理的人事制度和教师培训制度,建设一支高水平的高职院校教师队伍,有着重要的现实意义。

After several years＇ development, higher vocational colleges have boasted a team of teachers who can adapt themselves to the needs. Yet, currently, there still exist some problems to be dealt with. In order to have a team of high quality teachers, it＇s of practical significance to establish reasonable personnel system and training systern based on the characteristics of higher vocational education.
