球晶造粒技术制备药用可直压微粒的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 球晶造粒技术使微粒晶型在结晶或反应过程中直接转变为球形聚集体,从而改善微粒的第二性质,如流动性和可压性,使其可以直接用于压片。本文介绍球晶造粒技术制备药用可直压微粒的研究进展情况。
