大头兔耳风脂溶性成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Ainsliaea macrocephala

目的研究大头兔耳风Ainsliaea macrocephala(Franch)全草的化学成分。方法采用萃取、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法对大头兔耳风乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位进行分离;利用IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从大头兔耳风乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为西米杜鹃醇(1),豆甾醇(2),B is(2-ethylhexy1)phthalate(3),正十八烷酸(4),2-羟基亚麻酸(5),9-十八碳烯酸甘油三酯(6)。结论化合物(1)^(6)均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ainsliaea macrocephala （Franch）. Methods The isolation and purification were carried out by extraction, silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis, including IR, ^1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and MS. Results Six compounds were obtained from petrol ether fraction of ethnol extract of Ainsliaea macrocephala and their structures were determined as simiarenol （1）, stigmasterol （2）, Bis （2- ethylhexyl ） phthalate （ 3 ）, octadecanoic acid （4）, 2-hydroxy-linolenic acid （5）, glycerol-tri-9-octadecenoate （6）. Conclusion Compounds （ 1 ） - （6） were isolated from this plant for the first time.
