摘要 采用CDF纤维素酶与表面活性剂A和B复配,组成生物软麻剂对精干麻进行纺前处理.测定广处理前后(?)麻纤维的结晶度及表面形态,结果发现经生物复合软麻剂处理后的精干麻不但结晶尺寸减小,刚性降低,而且使纤维间静摩擦系数增加,柔顺卷曲性提高,有利于(?)麻的可纺性提高,经数家工厂应用,获得较好效果. The bio-softening agent,made of cellulose enzyme-CDF and surfactant A and B, is applied in ramie tow pre-treatment before spinning process. The crystallinity and surface phenomenon of pre and post treatment ramie fiber are analysed. The results show that ramie tow fiber's crystallite breadth and hardness are decreased after treatment, the softness and the friction coefficient between fiber increased, also, the spinnability improved. The bio-softening agent has been successfully used in some factories.
