A Study on The Process Route for Hemp Spinning

通过对大麻纤维形态、化学组分与纺纱性能的分析和干纺、混纺两种工艺路线的适应性、纺纱质量与制成率的比较,说明了大麻纺纱宜长麻、短麻,干纺、湿纺并举,走一条独特的发展之路.

In this paper, based on analysis, the relationship between the hemp morphology,the chemical composite of fiber, and spinning property were described. By use of dry process and wet process, the yarn quality ,spinning adaptability, and yarn yield were put into comparison. The results showed that for hemp spinning,both line and tow fiber,dry and wet process should be developed simultaneously.
