山东省第三产业促进就业水平的实证分析

Analysis of Employment’s Improvement by the Tertiary Industry in Shandong Province

随着经济的快速发展,工业结构的不断调整、现代企业的建立以及农村严峻的人地关系,"排挤"出大量的剩余劳动力,如何解决就业问题成为我国面临的严峻挑战。本文以山东省为例,就第三产业对就业水平的影响进行实证分析,初步认为提高山东省的就业水平,要在保持第二产业增长的同时,大力推进第三产业的发展。

With the rapid development of economy, continual adjustment of industrial structure, modern enterprise setting-up and austere relationship between earth and people in rural area, result in large amount of surplus labor. How to resolve issue of employment has became an intense challenge facing our country. This paper, take Shandong Province as example, make the empirical analysis on the impact of tertiary industry over the employment level. The paper argues that in order to increase the employment level of Shandong Province, it is necessary to retain the growth of the secondary industry, while pushing forward the development of the tertiary industry.
