摘要
用Ni-Al_2-O_3-SiC-C复合镀液处理钢领内跑道,使跑道表面具有高硬(HV_(50g_766.4),摩擦系数低(0.2264)和较高的抗磨性能.与传统碳氮共渗钢领相比纺纱张力值低(下降48.98%)且稳定,成纱毛羽(下降13.24%)和条干(下降0.482)低等优点.
By use of Ni -A12O3 - SiC -C plating solution to treat the inner track of ring makes the hardness of the ring higher (Hv50g 766. 4),the friction of coefficient lower (-0. 2264)and with a high antifriction ability. In comparison with ordinary ring,the spinning tension is lower( -48. 98%)and even, the yarn hairiness is fewer(-13. 24%) and with a good yarn CV%( -0.482).
