This paper analyzes of the optional financing modes that applying for the western medium-small airport infrastructure project, their strengths and weaknesses, applicable Conditions. We explore the influence of the internal and external environments on the impact of the western medium-small airports financing decision. We suggest that the western medium-small airports should make full use of currently active fiscal policy and loose monetary policy, and the western medium-small airports should combine with their own actual situation to develop financing options.
