摘要
采用电化学测试、金相及电子扫描探针检测,研究羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)对1Cr18Ni9Ti在硝酸清洗条件下(10%HNO_3,50℃)的腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:添加HEDP后1Cr18Ni9Ti在HNO_3体系中的耐点蚀性能进一步提高,且HNO_3与HEDP的二次钝化有一定的协同作用,有利于1Cr18Ni9Ti在HNO_3体系中钝化膜破坏后的再修复。
The effect of HEDP on corrosion behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti in HNO3 cleaning system (10% HNO3, 50 ℃) was studied by electrochemical testing, metallographic and electronic scanning probe observation. The results showed that the pitting resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti was further improved by adding HEDP to HNO3 system. The synergistic effet between HNO3 and HEDP's secondary passivation would promote the repair of passivation film of 1Cr18Ni9Ti damaged in HNO3 system.
