摘要
用浸泡法评估了玻璃鳞片在烟气脱硫模拟液(死亡绿液)中的渗水性。用交流阻抗法对玻璃鳞片涂层在烟气脱硫模拟液中不同温度和不同浸泡时间的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,在60℃脱硫环境下,玻璃鳞片的吸水率为5.19%,具有良好的抗渗性。玻璃鳞片涂层在烟气脱硫模拟液中随温度的升高耐蚀性能降低。随浸泡时间的增加玻璃鳞片涂层的腐蚀速率增加。
The water permeability and corrosion behavior of glass flake coating in simulated desulphurization solution was investigated by immerging testing and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was found that the glass flake coating with the water permeability ratio of 5. 19% in simulated desulphurization solution at 60℃ exhibited good resistance to permeation. The corrosion resistance of glass flake coating decreased with increase of temperature. The corrosion rate of glass flake coating decreased with the increase of immerging period.
