Research Status and Development Tendency of Autonomous Foreign Language Learning in China

外语自主学习在我国已经有近30年的研究历史,文章回顾了其发展过程,从自主学习的必要性与可行性、自主学习意识与能力的培养、教师在自主学习中的作用、自主学习的模式、策略、测试与评估、专著和教材等方面总结了外语自主学习的研究成果,指出了存在的问题和发展趋势。

As it is 30 years since autonomous foreign language learning has firstly reviews its process of development. It also summarizes the achievements been studied in China, this paper from the necessity and feasibility; the training of autonomous awareness and competence; the roles of the teachers; the models, strategies, tests and assessments; main works and textbooks. Finally, the authors point out the current problems and the future develop- ment tendency of autonomous foreign language learning in China.
