摘要
当代，全球化在世界的每一个角落发生着巨大影响。这种影响同样对各个主权国家产生了冲击。国家在全球化当中却发生了一个明显的悼论，一方面国家作为民族社会的代表，追求经济社会发展的效率，所以必然支持全球化。同时由于全球化威胁到主权国家自身。所以国家为维护自身的权利又不同程度地抵制甚至反对全球化。这种悖论实际上袁明了各个主权国家和民族社会在全球化背景下的深刻变革。对于主权国家来说，这既是一种挑战，也是一次机遇。
Globalization is changing the world as well as those sovereign states involved, and at the same time is posing a paradox to them. Representing their own nations, they certainly pursuit the efficiency of development and therefore certainly support globalization. But on the other hand, as globalization is likely to threaten their interests and rights, they may resist globalization more or less. To each state,globalization is a chance as well as a challenge.
