摘要
在自动化机械制造中,一个关键技术是对机械零件表面质量的表达和实现.本文提出一种描述机械零件表面特征的综合参数法.它首先,从工件表面测量并获取表面特征数据,再将每组数据作线性变换及非量纲化;然后建立非量纲参数下的参考系;最后,确定零件表面特征的位置并给出综合参数表达表面特征.按本方法,零件表面的理想参数值来源于且只能来源于已知表面.该方法不仅可以有效地评价已加工表面质量,而且为机械产品的数值化网络化设计制造奠定技术基础.
One of the key techniques in automatic manufacturing is the proper representation of the surface layer quality of a component. Our current study presented a comprehensive parameter method to solve this problem. First, the characteristic data for the surface layer are collected, followed by the transform and non - dimension process. Thcn the characteristic point of a component surface is located within the non - dimensional system. Finally, the comprehensive representation is carried out. All the characteristic data used stem from the known surface. This method may be used as a fundamental technique for FMS and for the digital design and manufacturing.
