短期水分亏缺对百棉1号苗期生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以抗旱品种中棉所12为对照,研究了短期干旱胁迫时百棉1号苗期叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量以及过氧化物酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫的加强,百棉1号叶片中可溶性蛋白含量在第4d出现峰值,可溶性糖含量在样品处理4d后开始线性上升,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量均表现为处理2d后开始线性增加,过氧化物酶活性在处理4d后开始迅速增加,并在第8d达到峰值,然后维持高活性水平。 CRI 12 was used as the control, the changing laws of the Physiological Indices of Baimian 1 seedling leaf were researched which included soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline content, MDA content and POD activity. The results showed that with the strengthening of drought stress, the content of soluble protein reached the maximum at the fourth day, the content of Soluble sugar began to increase linearly at the fourth day, the contents of Proline, malondialdehyde increased linearly at the second day, Peroxidase activity rapidly increased at the fourth day and reached its peak in the eighth day, and then to maintain high activity levels.
