As harmony of the Party reflects its democratic status in ideology, institution, organization and working styles, the Xibaipo period represents one of the most harmonious times of CPC in history. The formation and development of Xibaipo spirit is inseparated from the Party harmony. Ideological harmony is a foundation,institutional harmony a supporting pillar, and harmonious working styles the soul of Xibaipo spirit. It is concluded that the Xibaipo spirit will help with the Party harmony and promoting social harmony.
