摘要
篮球规则随着篮球运动的发展不断完善,它是篮球比赛的法则,是裁判员执法的依据,对篮球技战术水平的发展起着指导性作用.对2008、2010年国际篮球规则变动部分进行分析后认为,其使篮球比赛的攻防转换速度和节奏加快;篮下争夺更加激烈,提倡进攻合法对抗并鼓励攻击性防守;防止野蛮粗暴动作发生,比赛更具人性化,更富观赏性,加速篮球运动的发展.
The basketball rule consummates unceasingly along with the development of basketball movement, it is the principle of basketball game and the basis which the referee enforces the law, it plays an important part in the development of basketball technology tactical level. After analyzing 2008 and 2010 the international basketball rule＇s change, the paper thinks that, it causes the attack and defense conversion rate and the rhythm of basketball game speed up; competes intensely under the basket, advocates the attack and encourages the aggressive defense legitimately; Prevents the barbaric crude movement, the change of the rule is making the competition more friendly, richer ornamental, and then accelerating modern basketball development.
