摘要
目的:探讨Runx2和Galectin-3在脑胶质瘤中的表达、相互关系及二者与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法:SP免疫组织化学方法检测Runx2和Galectin-3在50例胶质瘤标本中的表达,同时取10例正常脑组织作为对照。结果:Runx2和Galectin-3在10例正常脑组织中不表达,在脑胶质瘤中的阳性表达率分别为:74%及58%;二者的表达与肿瘤组织学分级、肿瘤的复发及5年生存率有关,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小不相关(P>0.05);在脑胶质瘤中Galectin3的表达与Runx2的表达高度相关,且二者的表达呈正相关(r=0.627,P<0.05)。结论:Runx2、Galectin-3在脑胶质瘤中有表达,二者可能参与了胶质瘤的发生发展,对二者表达的检测对脑胶质瘤的治疗具有指导意义。
Objective:To explore the expressions and relationship of Runx2 and Galectin-3 in glioma,and to elucidate the relationship between the two clinicopathological factors, Runx2 and Galectin-3. Methods: The expressions of Runx2 and Galectin-3, were detected by S-P immunohistochemical in 50 cases of human cerebral glioma and 10 cases of normal brain tissues. Results: Runx2 and Galectin-3 positive expression rate were 74% and 58%, respectively. Runx2 and Galectin-3 expressions were related to histological grade, tumor recurrence, and 5-year survival rate respectively(all P0.05), not to the age and tumor size. The expression of Galectin-3 highly correlated with the expression of Runx2 in glioma tumor(r=0.627,P0.05). Conclusion: Runx2 and Galectin-3 expressions could be detected in human glioma, both of them may be involved in tumorigenesis and tumor progression, and are useful markers for glioma treatment.
