摘要
本文从解释职业生涯规划的定义入手,指出了做好职业生涯规划的意义,进而又分别从职业兴趣,职业价值观、动机、期望,职业能力倾向,性格、气质等四个方面展开,深入探讨了应届大学毕业生如何经过平衡单的综合计算以及各方面测试后,在清晰了解自我的基础上作出相对合理的职业生涯决策第一步。
