摘要
本文建立了使用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定饮料中6种人工合成着色剂含量的方法。使用1.7μm的超细填料色谱柱配合梯度洗脱使柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝6种着色剂完全分离。结果显示各组分RSD小于1%,回收率为92.52%~99.54%,线性相关系数0.999。该法前处理简单,回收率高,操作简便,测定结果令人满意。
This article established the method of determining 6 kinds of coloring agent in beverage by UPLC. Use 1.7μm chromatograph column cooperation gradient elution to cause the lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow,allura red,and bright blue 6 kind of coloring agents to separate completely. The result shows that various components RSD is smaller than 1%, the recovery rate is 92.52%~99.54%, linear correlation coefficients is 0.999. The pretreatment of this method is simple,the recovery rate is high, and the determination result is satisfying.
