摘要
为了提高镁合金的冲压性能,通过分析镁合金板材性能及材料拉深过程中不同部分变化状况,得出提高镁合金薄板拉深成形性能模具结构上采取的应对措施。设计了镁合金拉深成形模具。采用电缆环形电阻丝线圈加热模具的压边圈和与坯料接触的凹模表面,以提高镁合金的塑性变形能力;采用热电偶控制模具温度;采用循环水对凸模和凹模进行冷却以保持镁合金的抗拉强度;设计了电缆环形电阻丝线圈的结构形式。提出了模具设计、制造和使用过程中的注意问题。
In order to enhance forming performance of magnesium alloy, the performance and drawing process of magnesium alloy were analyzed, so the die's structure of deep drawing for magnesium alloy sheet was optimized. In the die, the resistance loop was used to heat blank holder and so on, the thermocouple was used to control die's temperature, the circulating water was used to cool the die. The structure styles of the resistance loops were designed. At last, some considerations about the design, preparation and use of the die were put forward.
